Description of Service

Momentt is a social application that allows you to share real moments with friends and manage daily activities. Our services include but are not limited to:

• •Creating and managing personal and group activities
• •Calendar view and activity reminders
• •Holiday subscriptions and display
• •AI smart assistant service

User Accounts

• •You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• •You may not share your account with others
• •Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use

Activity Features

When using activity features, you agree that:

User Content

• •You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the service
• •You are solely responsible for the content you post
• •We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms
• •After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your content within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

Momentt and its original content, features, and design are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without written permission.

Third-Party Services

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Momentt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, missed activities, or other intangible losses.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your content, or your use of the service.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law
