Momentt is committed to building a safe, authentic, and friendly community. To protect all users, we have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal and criminal content. These guidelines apply to all content posted on Momentt, including photos, text, and profile information.
1. Sexual Content
We prohibit all forms of pornographic content to protect users from inappropriate material.
- •Adult nudity: Content showing genitals, buttocks, or female breasts
- •Pornography: Real or simulated sexual activity, explicit sexual content
- •Minor protection: Any sexual suggestiveness, nudity, or sexual abuse involving minors will be immediately removed and reported to law enforcement
- •Sexual services: Solicitation of sexual services, prostitution
2. Violence and Crime
We are committed to preventing the spread of violence and criminal activity on our platform.
- •Violence threats: Threats to harm specific individuals, death threats
- •Terrorism: Promotion of terrorism, extremism, dangerous organizations
- •Human trafficking: Human trafficking, smuggling, forced labor
- •Crime instigation: Instigating, instructing, or encouraging criminal behavior
- •Suicide/Self-harm: Showing, encouraging, or instructing suicide or self-harm
3. Fraud and Scams
We combat various online scams to protect user property and security.
- •Financial fraud: Investment scams, Ponzi schemes, romance scams
- •Phishing: Impersonating officials, phishing links, account theft
- •Recruitment scams: Fake job scams, social media rewards scams
4. Drugs and Controlled Substances
We prohibit any content related to drugs and illegal controlled items.
- •Drug trafficking: Selling, buying, or manufacturing drugs
- •Drug promotion: Promoting or glorifying drug use
- •Weapons trafficking: Illegal weapons sales, firearms trafficking
5. Privacy and Personal Safety
We protect user privacy and prohibit content that violates personal safety.
- •Doxxing: Publishing personal information like name, address, phone, workplace without consent
- •Revenge porn: Non-consensual intimate images
6. Politically Sensitive Content
We prohibit politically sensitive content that may endanger national security or social stability.
- •Subversion: Inciting subversion of state power or secession
- •Political rumors: Forging government documents, spreading political rumors
- •Leader-related: Inappropriate content involving national leaders
7. Other Illegal Activities
In addition to the above, any obviously illegal or criminal content is also prohibited.

8. Reporting Mechanism
If you discover content that violates our Community Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature. Tap the menu in the top right corner of the post, select "Report," and choose the appropriate reason. We carefully review every report.
9. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take the following actions:
- •Remove the violating content
- •Issue a warning to the user
- •Temporarily or permanently ban the account
- •Report serious violations to law enforcement
